2. Refund and Return Policy

For paperback books, customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the book is unused and in its original condition. For digital products (ebooks and audiobooks), all sales are final once downloaded or accessed. However, in the event of a technical issue preventing access, our support team will assist you or issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver paperback books as quickly as possible. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days within the UAE and 7 to 21 business days for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to unforeseen delays.

4. Subscription Policy

Mokabook offers subscription services that provide unlimited access to selected ebooks and audiobooks. Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually. Customers can cancel at any time, and benefits will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are not available for unused subscription periods.

5. Publishing and Content Policy

We welcome authors and publishers to publish with us on our "Publish With Us" platform. Submitted content must comply with copyright laws, and the publisher must own or have the right to distribute the content. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes hate speech, or violates our community guidelines.

6. Customer Support Policy

Our support team is available to assist with orders, subscriptions, and technical issues. Customers can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or through our "Contact Us" page. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours on business days.
