5. مشاكل التوصيل:

مسؤول عن تقديم عنوان توصيل صحيح وكامل. إذا فشلت عملية التسليم due to عنوان

الإرجاع والاستبدال

ونسعى لرضاكم التام. هذه السياسة مصممة لضمان عملية عادلة وواضحة للإرجاع أو
الاستبدال.
1. الفترة المسموح بها:
- لديكم 14 يومًا من
تاريخ استلام الطلب لتقديم طلب إرجاع أو استبدال للمنتجات المؤهلة.
2. الشروط العامة:
لكي يكون
المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون:

حالته الأصلية (لم يُستخدم، أو لم يفسد، أو لم يتعرض للتلف). - يحتوي

الإرجاع. - الموافقة
على الطلب: سيقدم
فريق الدعم تعليمات محددة حول كيفية وإلى أين إرجاع المنتج بعد الموافقة على
طلبك. - شحن
المنتج مرة إلينا: بعد
الموافقة، سيتم إرجاع المنتج وفقًا للإرشادات المقدمة. نوصي باستخدام خدمة
شحن قابلة للتتبع. - التفقد
والمعالجة: بعد
استلام المنتج والتحقق من حالته ومطابقته للشروط، سنقوم بمعالجة طلبك.
- للإستبدال: سنقوم بشحن المنتج البديل لك فور توفره.
- للإرجاع: سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية

5. تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع:
