Now, in Everthing Is F*cked, Manson turns his gaze from the inevitable flaws within each individual self to the endless calamities taking place in the world around us. Drawing from the pool of psychological research on these topics, as well as the timeless wisdom of philosophers such as Plato, Nietzsche, and Tom Waits, he dissects religion and politics and the uncomfortable ways they have come to resemble one another. He looks at our relationships with money, entertainment and the internet, and how too much of a good thing can psychologically eat us alive. He openly defies our definitions of faith, happiness, freedom—and even of hope itself.

3. خيارات الشحن والتكلفة:

4. تتبع الشحنة:

حتى وصوله.
5. مشاكل التوصيل:
- في
حال تأخر الطلب عن المدة المتوقعة، يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا على [البريد
الإلكتروني أو رقم الجوال] وسنسعد بمتابعة الأمر مع شركة الشحن نيابة عنك. - العميل
مسؤول عن تقديم عنوان توصيل صحيح وكامل. إذا فشلت عملية التسليم due to عنوان
غير صحيح، قد تطبق رسوم إعادة شحن.
ثانيًا: سياسة
الإرجاع والاستبدال
نهنئكم بشرائكم
ونسعى لرضاكم التام. هذه السياسة مصممة لضمان عملية عادلة وواضحة للإرجاع أو
الاستبدال.
1. الفترة المسموح بها:
- لديكم 14 يومًا من
تاريخ استلام الطلب لتقديم طلب إرجاع أو استبدال للمنتجات المؤهلة.
2. الشروط العامة:
لكي يكون
المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون:
- في
حالته الأصلية (لم يُستخدم، أو لم يفسد، أو لم يتعرض للتلف). - يحتوي
على جميع العلامات والتغليف الأصلي (مثل الصناديق، الأغلفة البلاستيكية،
الملصقات). - مرفقًا
به فاتورة الشراء الأصلية أو إثبات الشراء.
4. خطوات عملية الإرجاع/الاستبدال:
- التواصل
معنا: يجب عليك
إخطارنا برغبتك في الإرجاع خلال فترة الـ 14 يومًا عن طريق التواصل مع خدمة
العملاء على info@mokabook.net وتزويدنا برقم الطلب وسبب
الإرجاع. - الموافقة
على الطلب: سيقدم
فريق الدعم تعليمات محددة حول كيفية وإلى أين إرجاع المنتج بعد الموافقة على
طلبك. - شحن
المنتج مرة إلينا: بعد
الموافقة، سيتم إرجاع المنتج وفقًا للإرشادات المقدمة. نوصي باستخدام خدمة
شحن قابلة للتتبع. - التفقد
والمعالجة: بعد
استلام المنتج والتحقق من حالته ومطابقته للشروط، سنقوم بمعالجة طلبك.
- للإستبدال: سنقوم بشحن المنتج البديل لك فور توفره.
- للإرجاع: سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية
خلال 7 أيام عم]، مع ملاحظة أن فترة ظهور المبلغ في كشف الحساب تعتمد على
البنك المحيل.
5. تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع:
- في
حالة كان المنتج معيبًا أو أننا أخطأنا في
نوع/مواصفات المنتج، فإننا نتحمل كامل تكاليف الشحن. - في
حالة كان السبب هو "غير مرغوب فيه" أو "خطأ في
الاختيار"، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن إرجاع المنتج.
