About the author
Emily Hayward is the co-founder and Chief Brand Officer of Red Antler, a Brooklyn-based full-service advertising agency. She works closely with founders to develop strategic insights for their startups and has led branding efforts for major companies such as Casper, Allbirds, and Boxed. In 2018, Inc. magazine named her one of its "Top 100 Founders."
Emily graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University, where she studied postmodern theory and consumer culture. She was born and raised in New York City and currently lives in Cobble Hill.

About the translator
Eman Al-Saoudi is an Egyptian translator. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, English Department, Mansoura University in 2012. She obtained a diploma in English from the Faculty of Education at Mansoura University in 2013. She has worked in the fields of English language teaching, content writing, and translation since graduation, and has published several literary and non-literary translations, such as “Reassured Parents... Happy Children: How to Stop the Screaming and Start Communicating” by Dr. Laura Markham.
