About the translator
Selim Hassan (1893-1961) is nicknamed the dean of Egyptian archaeologists. He has many important archaeological discoveries, studies and pioneering books, most notably the “Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt” in eighteen parts, of which we present the part in which Selim Hassan collected and translated the most important texts of wisdom, proverbs, advice and teachings of ancient Egypt.
