Ahmed El-Ghandour is no longer just a science student who graduated from the American University and is "cooling" scientific theories, but has become a phenomenon that deserves to be studied and researched into the reasons for his success.
How did Al-Daheeh begin? And how was a young man in his twenties able to open a window to the world from inside his small room, to transform, within 7 years, from a YouTube program to one of the aspects of Egypt’s soft power?
In this book, Taher Al-Mu’taz Billah – as one of the first writers of the “Al-Daheeh” program – reveals what goes on behind the scenes of one of the most famous and inspiring contemporary Egyptian success stories.
Therefore, as the late Ibrahim Nasr said: Why don't we come and see?
Taher Al-Mu’taz Billah obtained a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, with a minor in political science from the American University, and wrote for the “Al-Daheeh” program and the “Al-Daheeh Museum” program on the “Shahid” platform.
In 2014, he received the Ahmed Zewail Award for Excellence in Science and Humanities, and his book "The Student Movement at the American University" was published in 2019. He is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration at Harvard University.
