When Professor Muhammad Al-Saffar, the author of this book, shared his draft with me a few months ago, I was very pleased for several reasons. Firstly, because I am interested in, engaged in, and working in the field of community well-being and happiness, the book touched the core of my specialization and interest, adding a great deal of knowledge to me and opening new doors for me to consider and reflect on this subject. Secondly, because original Arabic books—and by that I mean non-translated books—that deal with this subject are very scarce in the Arabic library; in fact, they can almost be counted on one hand.

The book "Be Beautiful... Be Happy", in addition to being one of the few Arabic books in this field, as I mentioned earlier, deals with the subject in an unprecedented methodology and a unique vision that the author has.
