The Attitude Book

The chapters in this book fall under the heading of Attitude Change Factors. When considered, experienced, and acted upon, each Attitude Change Factor will halt any suboptimal attitudes and find and create an average attitude that inspires you to elevate your attitude to a higher, more powerful, and positive level.

As you address each factor of change, you will either redefine your direction, maintain it, or strengthen it.

These chapters, titled "Factors of Attitude Change," are designed to be self-contained sources of inspiration. You can read them in installments or all at once. You don't have to read them in the order I've placed them here to get the most out of them.

Try changing something in your routine week by week. Introduce one idea at a time in order to fully absorb the shift in thought and practice.

If you can use some of the thinking methods and ideas presented in this book, you will achieve real change. If you apply all fifty of these change factors, the course of your life will shift, and you will take deliberate steps to create new outcomes, attitudes, and a new perspective.
